In this guide, I’ll explain how to disassemble Acer Aspire S7-391 to remove the bottom case, SSD, cooling fan, heat sink, speaker and motherboard, refer to this guide, you can repair, upgrade and clean your Aspire S7-391.

Remove all screws securing the bottom case.

Insert a crowbar, pry up the bottom case a little bit, released all the snaps, remove the bottom case.

Here’s Aspire S7-391’s bottom case, there are some cooling stickers on the bottom case.

Under the bottom case, you can access the battery, speakers and motherboard.

To ensure safety, we disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard.

Remove one screw securing the battery.

Acer Aspire S7-391 comes with a 4680mah, 35wh Li-polymer battery, Acer model: AP12F3J.

Remove four screws securing the left and right side speaker modules.

Disconnect the LCD cable from the motherboard.

Remove one screw securing the SSD, take it away from its slot.

The wireless card was soldered on the motherboard.

Remove three screws securing the heat sink.
