Today, HTC has held a new product conference to officially launch its new product – the U11 EYEs in Beijing. From its name, the phone will have excellent performance on picture shots. The phone will be focused on the mid-range market.
Picture-taking performance is the U11 EYEs’ biggest highlight. The phone will feature the dual 5MP front camera setup which has a F/2.2 aperture. The dual cameras on the front can take pictures with bokeh effects. The phone will come with a 12MP F/1.7 aperture camera on the rear. The rear camera has third-generation HTC UltraPixel and supports UltraSpeed and OIS functions.
Besides, the phone will feature a 6-inch (2,160×1,080 pixels) FHD+ full screen with the aspect ratio of 18:9 and be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor. It will come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM which can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD slot. The smartphone will sport a 3,930mAh battery which supports Qualcomm Snapdragon QC3.0 technology. It will run on Android 7.0 with HTC Sense.
It will support facial recognition and rated IP67 water & dust resistant. The phone will provide red, silver and black three color options.
The U11 EYEs is priced at CNY 2,999 (approximately $455), and it has started the pre-orders since 16:00 pm today. The smartphone will be officially on sale at 10:00 am, January 25.
