This afternoon, Huawei has held a new product conference to officially launch its full-screen smartphone – the Huawei nova 2s in Beijing.
High appearance is the Nova 2s’ one selling point. The phone adopts dual glass and metal middle framework design, and it also provides a facial-to-unlock function within seconds. The phone will provide blue, pink, gold, gray, obsidian black and red four color options. The former four color variants will first be on sale in the market. It boosts of the narrow chin and comes with a fingerprint reader on the front.
Huawei nova 2s features a 6.0-inch (2,160×1.080 pixels) full screen with the screen ratio of 18:9 and is powered by Kirin 960 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. The phone comes with the 20MP + 2MP dual front cameras which bring more real bokeh effect and the 20MP + 16MP dual camera setup which has dual F/1.8 aperture and supports PDAF. It sports a 3,240mAh battery and runs on EMUI 8.0.
It will be available in three variants: 4GB+64GB variant is for CNY 2,699 (approximately $410), 6GB+64GB variant for CNY 2,999 (approximately $455), and 6GB+128GB variant for CNY 3,399 (approximately $516). The phone has started the pre-orders today, and it will be officially on sale on December 12.
