This afternoon, Meizu Meilan official weibo has officially announced that it will hold a new product conference on January 4. Although the Meilan official party hasn’t expressed that it is a full screen smartphone, the new product is a phone with the 18:9 full screen based on the released poster.
The new product is estimated to be the Meizu Meilan S that we have reported before. The Meizu Meilan S is said to adopt 18:9 full screen design and be launched in the early of this January, 2018. The Meilan S is expected to adopt the fingerprint-to-unlock scheme on the side. The phone is said to cancel its classic mBack physical button but feature the virtual button with the mBack function. Besides, the Meizu Meilan S is said to be powered by Samsung’s hexagon-core Exynos 7872 processor. The Meilan S is expected to be available in two storage models: 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM. It will sport a 2,930mAh battery.
