Honor Play 5T Vitality Edition With Helio P35 Chipset Officially Announced, Starting At $200

It is reported that Honor has just unveiled a new phone, named Honor Play 5T Vitality Edition. As per specifications, the device seems to be an entry-level device from Honor. The phone has been listed on the official website along with its renders and specifications, mentioned below.

First, if we talk about the display, the Honor Play 5T Vitality Edition features a 6.6 inches U-Shaped Notched LCD Display with HD+ (1600*720p) resolution. The screen has a 16.7M color depth. The phone has dimensions of about 165.2mm (length) x 76mm (width) x 9.2mm (thickness) and weighs 191g.

In terms of chipset, the phone is powered by an entry-level chipset from Mediatek, Helio P35. The chipset is based on a 16nm manufacturing process and consists of 4x Cortex-A53 (@2.3GHz) + 4x Cortex-A53 (@1.8GHz).

 

A 4900mAh Battery has been used inside the phone, which further supports fast charging up to 22.5W (10V, 2.25A). The phone is also equipped with a USB Type-C port that supports a USB 2.0 connection and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The phone is equipped with a Quad Camera (13MP + 5MP + 2MP + 2MP) in a rectangle shaped camera bump in terms of camera. While on the front side, a single 8MP lens has been used in the notch. The device is also equipped with a side fingerprint scanner.

In terms of color variety, the phone is available in two colors: Magic Night Black & Aurora Blue. The phone would come in only one storage option: 6+128GB priced at 1299 yuan ($200). The phone will go on sale on April 27.
