Honor continues to release new and affordable phone models every month. However, the company hasn’t updated its Honor Play Series models for a long time. The recent developments in the industry show that the company is looking forward to launching new models in its Honor Play series.
Today, the upcoming Honor Play6T series (including the Standard and Pro model) has been listed on China Telecom Product Database. The listing includes the specifications and renders of both devices. The specifications and renders of the standard model (carrying model number: CMA-AN40) are following:

It is worth mentioning that the single (8+256GB) variant of the standard Honor Play6T is priced at 1599 yuan ($250). The renders and specifications of the Honor Play6T Pro model (model number: TFY-AN40) are following:

Regarding prices, you can get the Pro model at the same price as the Honor Play6T standard version but with lower 128GB storage (8+128GB priced at 1599 yuan/$250), while the 8+256GB storage variant is priced at 1799 yuan ($285).
The listing also mentioned that the launch date for both devices is April 7th (today); that’s why we expect the official announcement for the Honor Play6T series to be made soon on official channels.
Previously, it has been observed that before launching the main Honor Play lineup’s successor model, Honor always launched the Play T series successor. So we can also expect that the main Honor Play6 series will also be released soon.
