Oppo K7x Spotted On Geekbench: Dimensity 720 And 8GB RAM

A few days ago, Oppo has announced that they are planning to launch a new smartphone named as “Oppo K7x”. The phone was also spotted on TENAA certification, which revealed all the specifications of the phone except the chipset of the phone.

Today, the same model “Oppo K7x” has been spotted on Geekbench, which revealed the chipset of the phone too. The all-new Oppo K7x would be powered by Mediatek’s mid-range chipset “Dimensity 720”. In the Geekbench, the chipset has a codename “oppo6853” which points out us that this would be Dimensity 720.

The “Dimensity 720” is an octa-core chipset, consists of four Cortex-A76 performance cores (clocked@ 2.0GHz) and four Cortex-A55 energy-saving cores (clocked@ 2.0GHz). The chipset is based on 7nm production and also got Mali-G57 GPU.

The spotted model has 8 Gigs of RAM and it has scored 511 points on single-core and 1644 points on multi-core. The Geekbench score is average if compared with the mid-range category of Android phones. The phone is more focused on battery performance as shown in its launch poster.
