Honor Play5 Vitality Edition Officially Announced, Coming On October 25

This morning, Honor has revealed that the company is planning to extend its Honor Play5 series (launched back in March 2021) by launching another model.

Honor has officially announced that they will launch the all-new Honor Play5 Vitality Edition on upcoming Monday (October 25) at 7.30 PM (Chinese Timing). In the warm-up post, the company has also revealed the first appearance of the device from the backside.

As can be seen, the new Vitality Edition of Honor Play5 features a Dual Camera setup (main sensor + depth sensor) in a square-shaped camera module, also got a tagline of “AI Camera” under the module. On the right side, it features a fingerprint scanner integrated into the lock screen button.

It is also observed that the phone also got curved from both sides, while the overall color of the body is Shiny Blue. The standard Honor Play5 features Dimensity 800U, while on this model, a chipset like Dimensity 700 or 720 is expected to be featured.

Previously, HONOR also launched the Honor Play 5T Vitality Edition, powered by the Helio P35 chipset, but surely, the chipset would be more potent on the Honor Play5 Vitality Edition.

Furthermore, the company is also expected to launch three more following models in the upcoming days: Honor Play5 Active Edition, Honor X30 Max, and Honor X30i, which might be exclusive for 11.11 days’ grand sale.
