Orders and Shipping
All packages will be shipped via USPS or Air Mail, and you can expect to receive your order in approximately 5-12 business days.
We do not currently offer express shipping.
Your shipping costs will depend on the type of product, but shipping costs vary between different countries, although the differences are not significant. The detailed shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number.
We generally do not recommend changing your shipping address. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact MyFixGuide support for assistance.
Note: Please ensure that your shipping address matches exactly the one you set in PayPal.
Please follow the steps below to check the status of your order.
1. Log in to your MyFixGuide account.
2. Click on Orders in the left menu on my account page.
If you placed your order as a guest, you will not be able to view your order status in the Orders section. You will need to open your order confirmation email and view your order status by clicking the link provided in the email.
Once your order has been shipped, log in to your account, click on “My Account”, click on “Orders”, and then click “Track”.
We also sent an order completion email to your email address. You can click on the link in the email to check the latest tracking information for your package.
If you have placed an order but have not received any emails, please follow the steps below.
1. Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
2. If you are still logged in to your account, please go to My Account->Account details to check your email address. There may be a spelling error in your email address. Please check carefully.
3. If you cannot access your account, please contact us.
We do not accept any purchase orders under $1,000. If you need to submit a purchase order, please contact us first to submit an application.
We do not accept any orders for local pickup. All orders must be completed on the website.
If you need to cancel your order, please click Contact Us to submit your request.
If you need an invoice, please click Contact Us to submit your request.
Returns and Refund
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request an RMA. All products must receive authorization to return before being returned.
If the product has been used or damaged in appearance, such as with scratches, bent cables, or damaged thermal paste, and cannot be resold as a new item, the return request will not be accepted.
If you ordered the wrong part (or refused to accept the package), a 25% restocking fee will be charged if you request a refund, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you receive the wrong item, please take a high-resolution photo of the item (including both sides). We will verify the item after receiving the photo.
We will issue a refund or resend the item according to the customer’s request.
If the package has been opened or shows obvious damage, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately. If you accepted a damaged package, please do not open it and contact us within 2 days of receiving the package. Please record a complete unboxing video so that we can file a claim with the shipping company.
Note: If a video is not provided within 2 days of receiving the package, the RMA will be denied.
We will send you a new item free of charge, or you can choose a full refund.
Please note that we will test the returned item upon receipt. If the item functions normally, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
You need to apply for an RMA first. After receiving the RMA, print it out and place it inside the packaging box. Please ensure you use the original box or a box that is sturdy enough. If the product is damaged during transportation, no refund will be issued.
Warranty and Payment
We guarantee that all products meet the terms specified in the product descriptions.. All of our products come with a one-year warranty.
- The warranty is valid from the day of the invoice.
- Refunds are only applicable during the first 30 days of the invoice. After 30 days, one-to-one exchanges will be processed based on stock availability.
- For all orders, the original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to deduct an RMA fee from the final refund for orders that are unclaimed or refused at the point of delivery.
Not covered by our warranty policy:
- Defects resulting from inadequate installation.
- Man-made damages are caused by dropping the battery, opening its case, improper installation, and other similar actions.
- Modifications by unauthorized third parties or the purchaser.
7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an RMA authorization. We can send you a new item free of charge, or you can choose to get a full refund.
For orders less than $500:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfers.
We ship to any address worldwide.
For orders over $500:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfers.
We ship only to the confirmed address. You must check and enter an address that exactly matches the credit card billing address on the monthly statement you received from your bank.
For orders over $2000:
Payment must be made by Bank Wire Transfer.
