Frequently asked Questions

We dispatch every order by 1 p.m. every working day. As a rule, your delivery will arrive in about 7-15 business days depending on your country and region.

Within 7 days after you receive the goods, just write us a message with the order number and we will send you our return address immediately.

You have three options: First, in your account. Or you can select “Deliver to another address” during the ordering process. The third possibility is that you write us a message and we will change the delivery address if the package has not already been sent.

After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. There you will find a link for shipment tracking.
