Yesterday, Realme announced that it will launch a new smartphone. The phone’s specifications have been leaked on the TENAA certification website, but the release date has not yet been confirmed.
Today, Realme has solved this issue. The company announced that the phone will be launched on July 27. At the same time, its official Weibo account also posted a teaser poster, revealing the release date.
The Realme V5 will be the first product in the Realme V series. It features a 6.5-inch punch-hole TFT display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080. The phone measures approximately 162.2 x 75.1 x 9.1 mm and weighs about 194g.
The phone is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 720 SoC. In addition, it has been confirmed that it comes with a 4900mAh battery and supports 30W fast charging. The back of the device has a rectangular quad-camera module (48MP, 8MP, 2MP, 2MP) with an LED flash. On the front, the punch hole houses a 16MP sensor. There is also a side fingerprint scanner in the lock button.
The phone will offer the following storage options: 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB of storage. The phone will be available in three colors: metallic silver, green, and grey.
