According to reports, Realme is developing its Koi series products. A leak also claimed that the first smartphone in this series may be launched in China’s offline market under the name Realme V15.
Today, Xu Qi, Vice President of Realme Global, officially confirmed that the Realme V15 will be launched at a launch event on January 7, and the phone’s renders have also been revealed.
As mentioned earlier, the color of this phone is called ‘Koi.’ Koi is a type of fish known for its vibrant colors and symbolizes richness or progress in both material and spiritual aspects. Like the koi, this phone also presents a dazzlingly colorful visual effect, with its color scheme blending blue, yellow, orange, purple, pink, and red.
The camera module design is also slightly different from previous Realme phones. It features a triple-camera setup with a 64MP sensor. The back of the phone bears Realme’s brand slogan ‘Dare to Leap’.
As previously reported, the Realme V15 will be powered by the Dimensity 800U, an octa-core chipset manufactured on a 7nm process. The chipset has two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz.
The phone is also expected to feature 50W fast charging and a big battery (around 4500mAh).
