According to previous reports, Apple is upgrading the iPhone 12 charger to a new 20W USB-C charger, and some users have already posted photos of the new 20W charger on the internet.
Currently, the 18W and 20W chargers for the iPhone 12 series have been found to have received 3C certification, which is manufactured by Flextronics Power Systems (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. The 18W charger model is A2382, and the 20W charger model is A2244.
The iPhone 12 series will include four models: a new 5.4-inch model, two 6.1-inch models, and a high-end 6.7-inch model. One of the 6.1-inch or 6.7-inch models will feature a triple camera setup and a LiDAR system, so these are likely the new Pro models.
At the same time, a new 5W charger from Apple recently received 3C certification. However, this is not a USB-C charger.
There have been reports that Apple may not include EarPods and a charger in the iPhone 12 packaging this year. However, Apple has not confirmed this news. Whether the new iPhone will come with earbuds and a charger may only be revealed on the official release day.
