Samsung Galaxy Fold2 renders revealed

The launch event for the Galaxy Note 20 series is approaching. Other devices expected to appear at the same event, such as the Galaxy Fold2, Z Flip 5G, and Tab S7, have also been widely leaked. We have reported news about the Z Flip 5G earlier this morning.

Recently, Ice Universe revealed renderings of the Galaxy Fold2. The renderings show that its secondary screen has a punch-hole camera, which will help Samsung reduce the phone’s bezels.

This foldable phone features a rectangular camera module. Compared to the Galaxy Fold, there are no obvious gaps on either side of the camera area. The back of the phone may have a triple-camera system in the rectangular module.

Earlier reports indicated that the Galaxy Fold2 would feature a 7.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen resolution is 2213 x 1689, with an aspect ratio of 11:8:9.

This phone will have dual batteries with a total capacity of 4,365 mAh (2,090 mAh + 2,275 mAh). The upcoming foldable phone has appeared on the Geekbench platform with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G chipset and 12GB of RAM.

The Galaxy Fold2 is expected to be launched on August 5 and will debut at the same event as the Note 20 series.
