A few days ago, Honor confirmed that it would launch the V40 series. At that time, we mentioned that the company would reveal the main highlights of the series, and now this promise seems to be coming true.
Today, Honor confirmed that the V40 series will feature a 50MP (ultra-sensitive imaging) main camera, delivering an unprecedented imaging experience.
The ultra-sensitive imaging system can illuminate the night in low-light environments, delivering an unprecedented imaging experience. The official post indicates that this phone will support low-light shooting and have excellent night shooting capabilities.
According to reports, the Honor V40 features a triple-camera setup and a laser autofocus system. It will include a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
The main camera uses a Sony IMX7xx sensor with a 1/1.5x outsole and a RYYB array. Compared to traditional camera sensors, this design reduces brightness loss caused by the color filter process, increasing light intake by up to 40%.
The Honor V40 can capture more light, achieving a wider dynamic range and better noise reduction performance, producing brighter, less noisy, and clearer photos in the same environment.
Earlier reports indicated that the Honor V40 features a display with the highest specifications ever. The official information reveals that this screen supports 1 billion colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, and under-display fingerprint recognition.
The Honor V40 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset, featuring LPDDR4x memory and UFS 2.1 flash storage. It has a built-in 4000mAh battery that supports 66W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
The Honor V40 series is set to be launched on January 18.
