Today, the Lenovo YOGA 14s 2021 was officially launched. It has an Intel i5-11300H 35W standard voltage processor and is priced at CNY 5899 ($913).
The i5-11300H features a quad-core, eight-thread architecture with a TDP of 35W. In comparison, the i5-1135G7 in the older YOGA 14s also has a quad-core, eight-thread architecture, but with a TDP of only 28W. Since the YOGA 14s supports a 38W performance boost, Lenovo officially stated at the launch event that the new processor will achieve a 5% performance increase.
In other respects, the Lenovo YOGA 14s 2021 has a 14-inch 16:10 screen with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen features a narrow bezel on all four sides, is covered with tempered glass, and offers 100% sRGB color gamut coverage and 10-bit color depth.
Its dimensions are 221.4 x 312.4 x 14.6 mm, and it weighs about 1.38 kg. This laptop comes with a 61W lithium-ion battery and a 65W Type-C adapter. Lenovo claims its battery life is about 12 hours.
On the left, there are two Thunderbolt 4.0 ports, and on the right, there are a 3.2 Gen 1 port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
At present, this laptop offers only 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD. Its price is CNY 5899, or about 913 dollars.
Lenovo launched the YOGA 14s 2021 with 11th-generation Core and AMD Ryzen 4000 processors last October. After that, Lenovo launched a new variant with an MX450 graphics card.
