The SIM card tray of the Moto X Style supports Nano-SIM cards, features dual SIM dual standby functionality, and supports Micro SD card expansion.
The Moto X Style back cover can be customized, allowing you to choose from different colors and materials. This Moto X Style back cover is the standard version made of black silicone material.
The back cover is made of PVC material and is secured with a lot of glue, which enhances the overall flexibility and resilience.
Remove all screws securing the middle frame. Insert a pick under the middle frame, and slide the pick along the middle frame to separate it from the phone.
Disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard and remove the battery.
The flexible printed circuit board is secured to the middle frame.
The Motorola Moto X Style features a 3000mAh battery with fast charging support. Motorola claims that charging for 15 minutes can provide a battery life of 10 hours, which is currently the fastest charging speed on the market. The battery still uses LG cells and has a thickness of 3.2mm. During the charging process, the temperature of the phone rises quickly, which may be due to the fast charging technology. But in everyday use, the temperature control of the mobile phone is not ideal.
To achieve good heat dissipation, all the metal shields are covered with a large area of graphite stickers, and the back of the motherboard also uses larger-sized copper foil.
The display size has been increased from 5.2 inches to 5.7 inches, and the AMOLED screen has also been upgraded from 1080P to a 2560×1440 resolution. The bezels have also become narrower. Unlike the previous generation, a metal plate has been added to the back of the screen for internal support. This metal plate enhances the body’s stability while also increasing its thickness.
At the top front of the phone are arranged the infrared sensor, light/distance sensor, earpiece, front camera, and selfie light in order.
The Moto X Style features a 21MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and dual LED flash, while the front camera is 5MP.
