3. please go to the HP website to download the hardware maintenance manual for the HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 14-ef series laptop, then follow the steps in the manual to remove the palm rest.
4. There are 3 brackets used to fix the keyboard, remove the 12 screws fixing the brackets, then remove the 3 brackets.
5. Remove the 49 screws that secure the keyboard.
