Orders and Shipping
We dispatch every order by 1 p.m. every working day. As a rule, your delivery will arrive in about 5-10 business days depending on your country and region.
We accept orders from guests who do not have an account, but if you register an account, you can enjoy more considerate service.
You have three options: First, in your account. Or you can select “Deliver to another address” during the ordering process. The third possibility is that you write us a message and we will change the delivery address if the package has not already been sent.
After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. There you will find a link for shipment tracking.

Basically we try to send every order in one package. If necessary, we will split your order without costing you anything.

Within 30 days after you receive the goods, just write us a message with the order number and we will send you a return address immediately.
