Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

We have carefully tested every item in our store and guarantee that each item is in excellent condition and works 100%.

We test every item we sell twice: first, when it enters our warehouse, and second, before we place it on our website for our customers to purchase.

Unless otherwise indicated, all products may be returned within 30 days after the original purchase date for a refund. We will deduct a 25% restocking fee, and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you refuse to accept the package, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Returns

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request an RMA. All products must receive authorization to return before being returned. Be certain to verify that all items you decide to purchase are compatible with your laptop before making your purchase.

If the product has been used, and the appearance is damaged and scratched, or the cable is bent, or the thermal grease is damaged, and the product cannot be sold again, this product will not be accepted for return.

Wrong parts ordered

Items purchased by mistake(or refuse to accept the parcel when it arrives ) may also be returned. However, a 25% restocking fee will apply if a refund is requested, and the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please make sure your return package includes an RMA.

Received damaged Parts

If the package has been opened or visibly damaged, please refuse to sign for it and contact us. If you accept damaged packaging, please do not open it and contact us within 2 days of receipt. Please record the full unboxing video so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Note: The RMA will be rejected if the video is not provided within 2 days of receipt.

We will send you a new item free of charge, or you can choose to get a full refund.

Please note that we test the returned product when it is received, and if it is working fine, then we will deduct a 25% restocking fee when refunding it to you

Wrong parts received

If you have received an incorrect item, please take clear photos of the incorrect item (front and back photos). We will verify the error as soon as possible

We will refund you or resend a product, depending on the customer’s request (refund or exchange).
