A few weeks ago, Vivo launched its famous Vivo X60 series. At that time, Vivo confirmed that a high-end version of this series would also be launched next month, named Vivo X60 Pro+.
Today, Vivo has officially revealed the launch date of Vivo X60 Pro+. As per the official Weibo post, the all-new Vivo X60 Pro+ will be launch on 21st January at 7 PM (Chinese Timing). It would be launch at an online conference.
At the Vivo X60 series launch time, the company confirmed that the higher-end version would be powered by the Snapdragon 8xx series chipset. As per leaks, it would be the latest flagship chipset of Qualcomm, “Snapdragon 888”.
The “Snapdragon 888 5G” is an octa-core chipset based on 5nm production. The chipset consists of 1x Super Cortex-X1 core, which makes its performance far better than previous models. The chipset is set at a maximum frequency of 2.84GHz. It comes with Adreno 660 (a 10-core GPU).
A better quad-camera is also expected on the rear side of the phone. The quad-camera setup will also include a Periscope lens. The quad-camera will consist of ZEISS Optics.
Previously, the smartphone also got listed on JD.com (the famous Chinese E-commerce site). The listing revealed that the phone would come in two colors: Deep Ocean Blue and Classic Orange. It was also observed that both phones use a leather back.
As it is the higher-end version, its basic variant is starting with 8 Gigs of RAM (with 128GB storage) and it would go up to 12GB RAM with 256GB storage.
