A few months ago, reports claimed that OPPO plans to enter the tablet market. The company may launch its first tablet product in the first half of 2022. In addition, the images and some basic information about the tablet were revealed a few days ago.
This morning, Digital Chat Station also revealed some basic specifications of the upcoming device.
As the blogger mentioned, the OPPO Pad will have an 11-inch display with 2K+ (2560 x 1600) resolution. The display will also support a 120Hz refresh rate, providing an extremely smooth user experience.
The tablet will also be powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset. It will come with a larger 8080 mAh battery to meet high-power demands and deliver long battery life. Based on these three core specifications, the OPPO tablet will be a strong competitor to the Xiaomi Pad 5 series.
As mentioned earlier, the OPPO tablet is expected to launch in the first half of 2022.
