3. To ensure that your notebook is not damaged, you need to disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard before starting to replace the LCD screen.
4. Use your finger flex the LCD bezel from the top side to the left and right sides, and then the bottom of the bezel until it disengages from the screen.
5. Remove the four Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws that secure the screen to the display enclosure.
6. Place the screen on the keyboard. Now you can get access to the video cable.
7. Lift the tape from on top of the connector and then disconnect the video cable from the screen.
