There are two types of heatsinks for this fan, one for integrated graphics cards and one for discrete graphics cards. Before placing an order, please check your graphics card model or remove the bottom cover of your laptop to check the heatsink model.

Heatsink CPU Fan for Lenovo ThinkPad P15s Replacement Tips:
1. Before placing an order, it is recommended that you remove the bottom cover and check the part number of your fan to avoid buying wrong parts.
2. Please compare the image, part number and shape of your fan and make sure it matches exist cooing fan.
3. When replacing the heatsink and CPU fan, you need to disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard or remove the battery. This is to protect your laptop hardware from being damaged by static electricity.
4. In order to replace the CPU fan, you need to remove the bottom cover, then disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard and loosen the screws holding the heatsink and fan to remove the fan.
