Tips:
1. HP 15-cr series laptops have a 2.5″ hard drive bay. You can upgrade the storage by installing an additional 2.5″ SSD or mechanical hard drive. If your laptop already has a mechanical hard drive, then this hard disk bay is already occupied.
2. This laptop does not have a hard drive cable or mounting bracket. You need to buy them from a third party or HP website.
3. To install an additional 2.5″ SSD, please remove all screws securing the bottom cover.
4. There is a small latch securing the hard drive holder on the left side. Please release the latch and remove the holder.
