The HP Pavilion x360 14-cd 14 features an Intel's eighth-generation Core processor, available in the i5-8250U and i7-8550U. The laptop comes with a 14.0-inch 1920 x 1080 IPS screen with a micro-border design. The screen has a 48% NTSC color gamut, 67% sRGB color gamut, and 50% AdobeRGB color gamut. The screen quality is at the mainstream level, enough to meet the daily viewing, office, and other needs.
The laptop does not use the usual key layout on the notebook. Instead, the HOME/PG UP/PG DN/END four function buttons are placed on the far right side of the keyboard for easier use.
The right side of the laptop has a DC jack port, an RJ45 port, an HDMI port, a USB Type-C port, a hard disk status indicator, and a fingerprint identification module. The fingerprint recognition module allows the user to unlock the system more quickly, ensuring safety while providing a more convenient way to use at the same time. The left side of the fuselage has two USB 3.0 ports, a 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo port, security keyhole, and an SD card reader.
In addition, users can upgrade their SSD, memory, and M.2 hard drives as well as a wireless network card. HP also reserved a 2.5-inch hard drive bay and SATA cable port, but HP did not reserve cable. If you want to add a hard drive, you need to purchase a SATA cable.
