Xiaomi 14 Pro Got 3C Certification with 120W Charging

A few days before, it was reported that Xiaomi is working on its Xiaomi 14 series and is expected to release it in November. Even, the standard Xiaomi 14 also got listed on 3C Certification with 90W charging. Just recently, we got a look at another leak of Xiaomi’s main flagship lineup.

This morning, a new model from Xiaomi was listed on 3C Certification which carries the following model number: 23116PN5BC. As per sources, this would be the Xiaomi 14 Pro from Xiaomi’s next-generation flagship series and will support a maximum of 120W charging.

As mentioned in the certification, the Xiaomi 14 Pro will use the same 120W superfast charger (MDY-14-ED) that Xiaomi has used in past with its many flagship phones. This charger supports charging at following modes: 15W (5V/3A), 27W (9V/3A), 66W (11V/6A), and 120W (20V/6A).

Except for this, the 3C Certification doesn’t consist of any information. However, it is worth noting that the predecessor model (Xiaomi 13 Pro) also features the same charging speed.

As per previous info, the new Xiaomi 14 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chipset that is expected to launch in November. The chipset uses the 1+5+2 core architecture and consists of the following cores: Cortex-X4 Ultra Core, Cortex-A720 P-Cores and Cortex-A520 E-Cores.

According to reports, the battery capacity of Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro are 4860mAh and 5000mAh, respectively. The battery capacities of both models are upgraded if compared with the old ones.
