It is reported that ZTE is planning to launch a new phone in its Axon series. Today, Ni Fei, President of Nubia, officially confirmed that the ZTE Axon 30 Pro is on its way.
As the CEO said, the ZTE Axon 30 Pro features the most powerful camera system in smartphone history.
The officials did not reveal the appearance of this smartphone. The promotional poster only shows an outline, suggesting the Axon 30 Pro may feature a curved display. The release date has not been announced, but it is expected to debut in mid-February.
ZTE launched the Axon 20 Pro in September 2020. The main highlight of this phone is its world-first under-display camera. However, this solution is not optimal, as there are color difference issues, and the camera area is still visible.
As the CEO mentioned, ZTE is expected to improve its under-display camera solution. The previous generation of phone also featured the Snapdragon 765G chipset, which is currently Qualcomm’s best mid-range chipset.
