The ASUS ROG Phone 3 is getting various certifications on different websites. Today, the phone was spotted on the MIIT website.
According to certification information, the phone will have a 5,800 mAh battery (with a typical capacity of 6,000 mAh). Compared to other phones, its battery capacity is impressive. In our previous article, we already mentioned that the phone will support 30W fast charging.
The phone measures 171 x 78 x 9.85 mm and features a 6.59-inch display. The model number ASUS_I03DD is the same as in the previous certification. It is powered by the latest Snapdragon 865 5G chipset. This phone has appeared twice on GeekBench, with a single-core score of around 900 and a multi-core score of up to 3000.
It is currently known that this phone has two storage variants: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. The phone will feature a USB Type-C port that supports fast charging. The display may support Quad-HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone has already been spotted on Wi-Fi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG, EEC, and 3C websites.
According to reports, the ASUS ROG Gaming Phone 3 is expected to be launched between the end of the second quarter and the beginning of the third quarter of 2020. The phone is still unannounced, but it is expected to launch soon.
