This morning, the Samsung Galaxy A02s appeared on the Bluetooth SIG certification list. Judging by the name, this is a Samsung entry-level device.
Many model numbers were mentioned in the certification. Some of them are as follows:
- SM-A025F (Single SIM) and SM-A205F/DS (Dual SIM) International Variant
- SM-A025M and SM-A025M/DS Latam Version
Another model number, SM-M025F/DS, confirmed that the phone will also be available in a rebranded version called the Galaxy M02s. It will only be available in the dual-SIM card variant.
All of these models support Bluetooth 4.2. The applicant for this certification is Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
Previously, the same model was discovered on Geekbench. In Geekbench, it was only mentioned that the phone will feature a Qualcomm chipset, possibly a Snapdragon 400 series chipset.
This phone seems to be the upcoming Galaxy A02, but according to the certification documents, its official name will be Galaxy A02s.
This phone seems to be in the development phase. Samsung may unveil it soon.
