According to reports, Samsung is working on its upcoming Galaxy A series, which will include the Galaxy A34, Galaxy A54, and Galaxy A74. Recently, one of them was listed on a certification site, revealing the details of the smartphone.
This morning, the Galaxy A14 5G was listed on the Google Play Console, revealing some basic specifications and front design of the device. It is worth mentioning that the device is an Exynos variant, while its exact model number isn’t mentioned in the listing.
This phone comes with a Samsung S5e8535 SoC, which is an Exynos 1330 chipset. The certification also mentions the specifications of the chipset: two Cortex-A78 cores at 2.4 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz.
The Galaxy A14 5G will feature a V-shaped notch display that supports Full HD+ resolution (2400 x 1080) and 450 DPI. According to rumors, it is a 6.8-inch LCD display. The device has 6GB of RAM, which is enough for an entry-level device.
It was also previously reported that the Galaxy A14 5G will be powered by the Dimensity 700 chipset in some regions and the Exynos 1330 5G chipset in others. The Galaxy A14 5G comes with a triple-camera module with a 50MP primary lens. It has a 13MP lens on the front.
The phone is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery and may support 15W fast charging.
There’s no official news on the Galaxy A14 5G yet. However, it is expected to be released in early 2023.
