This Samsung Galaxy M01s seems to be an entry-level smartphone. It has already been leaked for a long time and spotted on many certification sites, such as Wi-Fi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG, and Geekbench.
Recently, this morning, a Twitter user revealed the TUV Rheinland certification of the Galaxy M01s. In the certification, the phone is powered by a 3900mAh battery with a charging capacity of 7W (maybe 15W).
It can be easily seen from the model number SM-M017F/DS that this phone is the Galaxy M01s. The model number also suggests that the phone will support dual 4G SIM connectivity. The certification was issued on June 23 and was applied for by Samsung.
Some leaks reported that this phone had been in development for a long time. The phone was already spotted on Geekbench, where it was running the Mediatek Helio P22 chipset. The Mediatek Helio P22 is a 12nm octa-core processor with eight Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2 GHz.
On Geekbench, the phone scored 747 points on single-core and 3526 points on multi-core. It was also equipped with 3GB of RAM. Some sources also claim the phone will be available in 32GB storage variants. It will have a blue and grey color.
The phone is currently unannounced, but its launch is expected very soon. It has already been spotted on many websites, which suggests that it is in its final development stage.
