Honor X20 With 120Hz Display And 66W Charging Coming On August 12

Honor has officially confirmed the new Honor X20 series and announced that it would launch on August 12 at 19:30 (Chinese Timing). A few days ago, we also reported that the live images of this model had been revealed, but today some key specifications also got revealed.

As mentioned in the official poster, the new Honor X20 will feature the 66W wired fast charging. It would probably be the same charging technology that Huawei has used previously in its flagship devices like the Mate40 series and Nova8 series.

Furthermore, the Honor X20 is equipped with a chipset based on a 6nm manufacturing process. As per sources, it would be the Dimensity 900 chipset, based on the same 6nm process. It has two Cortex-A78 cores (clocked @2.4GHz) and six Cortex-A55 cores (clocked @2.0GHz), while the GPU is Mali-G68 MC4.

In the poster, it is also mentioned that the display refresh rate will be 120Hz, there are two color options in the Honor X20 series: Shiny Blue and White Gradient.

As previously stated, the Honor X20 features a Dual Punch-Hole straight screen display. The backside has a similar design to Huawei’s Mate series body language. It is curved from both sides and has two color tones, in which the middle area is a bit dark colored while both sides have a slightly lighter color.

We have a circle-shaped camera module in the middle-top that features a triple camera setup with an LED Flash. The primary sensor is 64 million pixels. We can expect that the officials will reveal more information about the upcoming Honor X20 series in the upcoming days.
