On January 17, Huawei released three laptop models: the MateBook X Pro 2021, MateBook 13 2021, and MateBook 14 2021. All three laptops are powered by Intel’s 11th-generation processors, featuring either integrated graphics or the MX450 graphics card, and support Huawei Share functionality. The new models also support multi-screen collaboration, with the Huawei Share connection area located below the touchpad.
Huawei also introduced Huawei AppGallery for the PC platform and launched applications such as Huawei Browser, Cloud, and more apps to provide a cross-device user experience.
Huawei MateBook X Pro 2021
Among them, the Huawei MateBook X Pro 2021 features a 13.9-inch 3:2 touchscreen, a narrow bezel on all four sides with a 91% screen-to-body ratio, a resolution of 3000 x 2000, and 100% sRGB color gamut coverage. The body measures 304mm x 217mm x 14.6mm, weighs about 1.33 kg, and is available in four colors: Haoyue Silver, Emerald Gray, Cherry Green, and Pink Gold.
The device has a 56Wh lithium-polymer battery, providing about 10 hours of local 1080P video playback. It comes with a 65W USB-C charger that supports 4 hours of use after a 30-minute charge. It also supports fast charging from the USB-C port on some Huawei phones and tablets.
The Huawei MateBook X Pro 2021 features a newly upgraded shark-fin dual-fan cooling system. The number of fan blades has increased from 40 to 73, while the blade thickness has been reduced from 0.25mm to 0.15mm, significantly enhancing airflow volume. The newly added liquid-cooled VC technology greatly improves cooling efficiency.
This laptop has two USB-C ports, one USB-A port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Huawei MateBook 13 2021 has an 11th-generation Intel Core processor. It can be optionally configured with an i7-1165G7 processor and an NVIDIA MX 450 graphics card. It features a 3:2 aspect ratio HD display with 2160 x 1440 resolution, supporting 300 nits of brightness and 100% sRGB color gamut coverage, with a screen-to-body ratio of up to 88%.
The Huawei MateBook 13 2021 measures 286 x 211 x 14.9 mm and weighs 1.3 kg. This laptop features a dual-fan cooling system and a 3:2 aspect-ratio display with a resolution of 2160 x 1440. The screen supports touch operation and allows screenshots to be taken with a three-finger swipe.
This laptop also features a backlit keyboard and a large touchpad. This touchpad is also a shared connection area for Huawei. When a Huawei phone is placed near the touchpad, the multi-screen collaboration feature between the phone and the laptop will be triggered.
This laptop comes with two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and one USB Type-C port, as well as a 3.5mm headphone and microphone combo jack, so it is recommended to use it with a USB docking station. It is recommended to choose a docking station that supports USB-PD fast charging, HDMI output, card reader functionality, and USB expansion features. The laptop has a built-in 42Wh lithium-polymer battery and comes with a 65W USB-C power adapter.

The Huawei MateBook 14 2021 has a 3:2 HD display with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 and supports 100% sRGB color gamut. It has a contrast ratio of up to 1500:1, a pixel density of 185 PPI, and a brightness of 300 nits.
The Huawei MateBook 14 2021 measures 307.5 x 223.8 x 15.9 mm and weighs 1.49 kg. It comes with a 56Wh Li-Polymer battery and a 65W USB-C power adapter.
