It can be seen that the new Nova 8 SE is equipped with a Quad camera setup. The cameras are arranged vertically in a square-shaped bump. The camera arrangement is almost the same as in Huawei’s previous model “Nova 7i”. The quad-camera includes 64MP+8MP+2MP+2MP sensors, as per reports.

It is also observed that the Nova 8 SE has a flat frame-like Apple’s recently launched iPhone 12 Series.

Previously, it was reported that Huawei Nova 8 SE will feature a 6.53-inch OLED display. The display’s resolution will be Full-HD+ (maybe 2460x1080p), while the refresh rate would be 60Hz. The phone would be 7.46mm thick and weighs around 178g.

It was also reported that Huawei’s future devices will not be powered by Kirin chipset due to some internal problems. The all-new Huawei Nova 8 SE is expected to feature Mediatek’s Dimensity 720 or 800U chipset. Both chipsets are based on 7nm production.

Dimensity 800U has a higher frequency in comparison with Dimensity 720. The previous generation Nova 7 SE was powered by Kirin 820 5G chipset.

The all-new Huawei’s Nova 8 SE (Special Edition) is set to be launched on 5th November (upcoming Thursday) at 14:00 in an online launch event. The pricing and storage variant options are not been confirmed yet.
