Acer Iconia A1-830 Disassembly
In this guide, I will explain how to disassemble the Acer Iconia A1-830 to remove the battery, speakers, front camera, rear camera, screen, and motherboard.

Insert a plastic pry tool under the bottom cover. Slide the pry tool to slowly separate the bottom cover until it comes off completely.
After removing the back cover, you can see that the internal structure of the Acer Iconia A1-830 is relatively neat.
The back cover is connected to the motherboard to discharge any static electricity.
Under the back cover, you can access the battery, speaker, camera, and motherboard.
Disconnect the battery power cable and remove the battery.
The Acer Iconia A1-830 comes with a 4000mAh Li-ion battery.
Disconnect the speaker cable from the motherboard.
Remove the three screws securing the speaker.
Disconnect the front camera cable and remove the camera.

Disconnect the LCD cable and touch cable.
Remove the three screws securing the metal sheet.
Remove the two screws securing the motherboard.
Remove the sixteen screws securing the roll cage and remove it.

Remove all the metal shields on the motherboard.
Power management chip, Wi-Fi chip, GPS chip, and Audio chip.
