The OnePlus 3T features a 5.50-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels at a pixel density of 401 ppi. The phone runs Android 6.0.1 and is powered by a 3400mAh non-removable battery. It measures 152.70 x 74.70 x 7.35 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 158 grams.
The OnePlus 3T is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and comes with 6GB of RAM. The phone has 64GB of internal storage and cannot be expanded. It has a 16MP primary camera on the rear and a 16MP front camera for selfies.

Power off the OnePlus 3T and remove the SIM card tray.
Remove the two screws located near the USB Type-C port using a screwdriver.
I tried to use the sucker tool to remove the back cover in a lossless manner, but the attempt failed.
So, I insert a blade between the back cover and the phone body.
Pry up a little bit and insert a guitar pick.
Slide the pick along the edge to take off the back cover.
Lift and remove the back cover.
At the position corresponding to the primary camera, we found the NFC antenna, which is connected to the body through contacts.
The OnePlus 3T features a three-part design: the data transmission cable between the motherboard and the sub-board at the bottom is located above the battery.
Then, the eyes moved to the motherboard, and you could find that most of the chips were covered with metal shields.
Disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard.
Remove the eight screws securing the motherboard.
Lift and remove the motherboard.
After removing the motherboard, you can see the aluminum alloy roll cage covered with a thermal sticker.
Use tweezers to remove the earpiece.
The volume is much louder than that of a regular phone. Its sound quality is equally outstanding.
Then, look at the motherboard. The main camera uses optical image stabilization technology and is located in the center. It occupies a relatively large area and has a copper sink sticker on the back.
We also found sealing foam around the SIM card slot. As you can see, this device has been systematically designed with dustproof and waterproof capabilities.
Remove the rear and front cameras.

Remove the metal shield from the motherboard. Thermal grease has been applied to the corresponding position of the main chip to prevent overheating and enhance system stability.
Then follow the prompts, open the green tape, and it is easy to separate the battery.
The OnePlus 3T comes with a 3400mAh Li-Polymer battery.
Disconnect the two cables from the sub-board.
Remove all screws securing the sub-board and loudspeaker module.
Lift and remove the sub-board.
Remove the loudspeaker module.
