OPPO announced the OPPO Find N in December 2021. However, some sources claim that OPPO may launch a new vertically foldable phone, similar to the Samsung Z Flip series and the Huawei P50 Pocket.
This morning, Digital Chat Station revealed the specifications of the OPPO Flip phone. Before discussing the specifications, it is worth mentioning that the foldable device will be named the OPPO Find Flip.
According to the blogger, the OPPO Find Flip will feature a dual-screen design: the main screen will be a 6.8-inch OLED display with a full HD+ resolution (2520 x 1080); the secondary screen will use a 3.26-inch OLED panel, possibly similar to the cover screen of the Galaxy Z Flip 4, used to display notification information.
The phone will feature a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor on the front. As expected, the display will feature a punch hole for the front camera.
The back of the OPPO Find Flip will feature a dual-camera module, including a 50MP Sony IMX766 lens and an 8MP Sony IMX355 lens. The phone has a 4190mAh battery. Apart from the specifications mentioned above, other information, such as the chipset and charging power, has not yet been disclosed.
The release date of the OPPO Find Flip has not yet been announced on the official website. However, since OPPO is likely to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 on its foldable phone, it can be expected to be released after the Qualcomm Summit 2022.
