A few weeks ago, OPPO launched the OPPO K9 Pro with the Dimensity 1200 chipset, which costs $370.
The latest news claims that OPPO is planning to launch a new K9 series phone with mid-range specifications. This morning, Digital Chat Station revealed that the OPPO K9s will also be available soon.
The blogger also mentioned the device’s specifications and renders. The OPPO K9s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, a mid-range chipset built on a 6nm process.
This smartphone features a 6.59-inch single-punch-hole LCD display with a full HD (1080p) resolution and a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The OPPO K9s weighs 199g and measures 8.52 mm thick.
This phone features a 16MP front camera and a triple rear camera setup identical to the OPPO K9 series (64MP, 8MP, 2MP). It has a 5000 mAh battery and supports 30W fast charging.
The phone will also be available in two memory storage variants: 6GB and 8GB. Other highlights include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and an X-axis linear motor.
The device has not been launched yet, but OPPO is expected to announce its release date and pricing soon.
