This morning, Realme officially confirmed the launch date of its Realme Q2 Series. The company published a launch event poster on its official Weibo account. The Realme Q2 series will launch on October 13.
The company once again mentioned that this phone will offer a unique high-end experience with its leather back cover.
The Realme Q2 has also appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. According to Geekbench, the device is powered by a chipset codenamed MT6853V, which belongs to two chipsets: the Dimensity 720 or the Dimensity 800U. According to reports, the device actually uses the Dimensity 800U chipset.
Geekbench also shows that this phone has 6GB of RAM. Compared to other mid-range phones, its Geekbench scores are pretty impressive.
Previously, a well-known Weibo blogger also confirmed that the Realme Q2 will feature the Dimensity 800U chipset, while the Realme Q2 Pro will use the Dimensity 1000 chipset.
All other specifications for both devices have already been revealed through their TENAA certifications.
