This morning, Realme has officially confirmed the launch date of their most awaited new mobile series, “Realme Q2 Series”. The company has uploaded the launch date poster on their official Weibo account. The all-new Realme Q2 series is set to be launched on 13th October (upcoming Tuesday) at 10 AM (Chinese Timing).
The company once again mentioned that this new series will provide us an all unique high-end premium experience with its leather material backside (in the official post).
Moreover, the standard Realme Q2 (RMX2117) also got spotted on Geekbench. The Geekbench revealed that the phone uses a chipset with a codename “MT6853V”. The codename belongs to the two chipsets of Mediatek, “Dimensity 720” or “Dimensity 800U”. As per reports, the chipset used in this device is “MTK D800U”.
The Geekbench also revealed that this model is equipped with 6 Gigs of RAM. The Geekbench scores are quite good if compared to any other mid-range phone.
Previously, the famous Weibo blogger has also confirmed that the Realme Q2 series’s standard version will feature the Dimensity 800U chipset while the pro version will feature Dimensity 1000+ chipset.
All the other specifications of both devices are already exposed through the TENAA certification.
Currently, the launch event is set to be held on 10th October.
