On the afternoon of January 7, Realme held a new product launch event and officially released the Realme V15. This was the first launch event for Realme in 2021, and its importance is self-evident.
The Realme V15 features a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The screen supports automatic brightness adjustment up to 600 nits and supports DC dimming technology. It is available in three colors: Silver, Blue, and Koi. The first two use an extra-thick indium-coating process, providing a high-reflective finish that feels smooth and resists fingerprints. The Koi color features a non-spectral gradient design that delivers a unique color transition effect, and new technology makes the back cover appear even more vibrant.
The Realme V15 features a rear triple-camera setup with a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The 64MP main camera offers superior resolution, dynamic range, and low-light performance. Three new night scene filter modes: Black Gold, Cyberpunk, and Romantic, have been added, providing more creative options for nighttime photography. On the front, the Realme V15 features a 16MP selfie camera, meeting the daily selfie needs of young users.
The realme V15 features a MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, which is manufactured using a 7nm process. The phone has a 4310mAh battery and supports 50W wireless charging, making it the first smartphone in its price range to support 50W wireless charging. It is also worth mentioning that it comes with a 65W charger.
The Realme V15 with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at CNY 1,499 (about $232), and the 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage variant is priced at CNY 1,999 (about $309). It will go on sale on January 14.
