Redmi K50 Gaming specs revealed with Dimensity 9000, 5000mAh battery, and more

Last week, MediaTek officially launched the Dimensity 9000 series chipsets, which scored around 1 million points on the Antutu Benchmark. In addition, Redmi‘s general manager, Lu Weibing, has also started to frequently discuss the Dimensity 9000 chipsets, confirming that the upcoming Redmi K50 series will adopt this chipset.

The latest developments also show that the company is working on the upcoming successor to the Redmi K series with a Dimensity 9000 chipset. This morning, the famous blogger Digital Chat Station revealed the significant specifications of the Redmi K50 Gaming Enhanced Edition.

According to this blogger, the upcoming Redmi gaming phone will likely feature the Dimensity 9000 chipset. The device also has a display with a higher refresh rate and an integrated optical fingerprint scanner.

The upcoming phone also uses a right-angled bezel to improve the overall body, a 64MP primary camera (placed in a rectangular camera module), and a larger 5000mAh battery for longer battery life.

According to previous news, the Redmi K50 series will include four devices: the I10, I10A, I11, and I11R, and it will be launched in the first quarter of 2022.
