This evening, Redmi announced that the Redmi Watch 2 and the Redmi Note 11 series will be launched on October 28.
The new generation Redmi Watch not only adds new features but also gets an upgraded appearance. It comes with a 1.6-inch AMOLED display with high resolution, narrower bezels, and a higher screen-to-body ratio, just like the Apple Watch Series 7.
It is worth mentioning that the old Redmi Watch features a 1.4-inch LCD display. Also, unlike its predecessor, the menu button on the new watch is now placed in the center of the bezel. Other aspects, such as built-in features (step counting, heart rate monitoring, or blood oxygen saturation monitoring), and the dials are also expected to be improved.
Redmi also revealed that there will be three color options: Elegant Black, Space Blue, and Ivory White. Here are the renders:
