Recently, a user on Reddit leaked spy photos of the Sony Xperia H8216 smartphone along with its specifications.
According to the leaked images, the phone will feature a 5.48-inch FHD screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution and be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor. It features a 15 MP front camera for selfies and a dual camera setup with two 12 MP lenses on the rear. The H8216 will come with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
The device will feature a 3130mAh battery (unconfirmed) and run on the Android 8.1 system. The phone measures 148 x 73.4 x 7.4 mm, weighs 156 grams, and supports IP65/68 dust and water resistance.
The Xperia H8216 is regarded as Sony’s next-generation flagship model and is expected to be launched in 2018. Just as the Sony XZP was the first smartphone to feature the Snapdragon 835 processor, this phone will be the first to come with the Snapdragon 845 processor.
