For a long time, rumors have circulated that the vivo S15 series will be released soon. However, there has been no official news so far, while rumors continue to leak through unofficial channels.
This morning, Vivo announced that the Vivo S15 series will be launched on May 19 at a product launch event. In addition, the company will also release the vivo TWS Air earbuds. Other devices, like the Vivo Watch 2 and Vivo Pad, are also mentioned in the official poster, but they are not part of this event, as they have already been launched.
The poster includes both the Vivo S15 and Vivo TWS Air. However, regarding the Vivo S15, it is not confirmed whether it is the S15 or the S15 Pro. Compared to the Vivo S15e, this device uses the same camera module but adds an additional lens at the bottom. In addition, the LED flash has now been moved next to the main camera.
Previous reports indicated that the Vivo S15 series will include two models: the S15 and S15 Pro. The S15 will feature the Snapdragon 870 chipset, while the S15 Pro uses the Dimensity 8100 chipset. The S15 series has received 3C certification, confirming it supports 80W fast charging; click the link for more details.
In the coming days, we expect Vivo to unveil the main highlights of both devices.
