In September 2020, Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 10T. This product achieved great success worldwide, as it is an affordable but highly popular phone. The device is sold under the name Redmi K30S in the Chinese market.
This afternoon, Digital Chat Station revealed that Xiaomi is about to launch the successor to the Xiaomi 10T, named the Xiaomi 11T. He also disclosed that the Chinese version of this phone (most likely the Redmi K40S) has not yet appeared on any certification websites.
In addition, although the blogger is unsure about the global release date, the Chinese launch date for the Xiaomi 11T is still expected to be announced soon. The blogger also revealed that the Xiaomi 11T series will feature a 120Hz AMOLED display, unlike the 144Hz IPS display used in the Xiaomi 10T.
Other specifications have not been revealed yet. We can speculate that the Xiaomi 11T series may feature a sub-flagship chipset, such as the Dimensity 1100 or Snapdragon 870, to keep prices affordable. However, it still depends on the manufacturer, and they may also opt for the Snapdragon 888 chipset.
The launch date is also not confirmed, but we can conclude that it may be launched next month (September 2021).
