Recently, a Weibo user released a photo of the front panel of the so-called Xiaomi MIX 2. The picture shows that its appearance design continues the Xiaomo MIX series’ style, but it is claimed that the screen-to-body ratio has increased to 95%. The bottom of this phone is significantly slimmer than its predecessor.
The Xiaomi MIX 2 is rumored to feature a 6.0-inch LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, come with a 3D sensing camera, and support 3D facial recognition functionality.
The 6GB RAM variant is expected to be priced at CNY 3,999 (approximately $597), while the 8GB RAM variant is expected to be priced at CNY 4,999 (approximately $746).
