Samsung Galaxy A32 5G with Dimensity 720 officially announced

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G has been leaked and rumored for a long time. This smartphone has appeared on multiple certification websites. Today, Samsung officially confirmed its existence.

Today, Samsung posted a press release on its newsroom website announcing the Galaxy A32 5 G.As Samsung’s most affordable 5G smartphone this year, the press release also revealed its key specifications, renders, and price.

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G features a 6.5-inch Infinity-V display (V-shaped notch). The display uses TFT technology with an HD+ resolution. The phone measures approximately 164.2 x 76.1 x 9.1 mm and weighs around 205g.

Samsung has not revealed the chipset name, but it has confirmed that this phone features a MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset. The Dimensity 720 is built using a 7nm process and is an octa-core chipset. It includes two Cortex-A76 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores, and comes with a Mali-G57 GPU.

The phone has a 5000mAh battery and supports 15W charging. It may use the Samsung EP-TA200 15W charger. The phone features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The quad-camera module includes a 48MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is a 13MP camera in the V-shaped notch.

The phone has two storage options: 64GB (279) and 128GB (299). It will be available in four colors: Black, White, Violet, and Blue.

The Galaxy A32 5G will be available for purchase starting February 12, available only in Europe. Currently, there is no news regarding the global launch.
