Samsung Galaxy A52 4G Spotted On Geekbench With Snapdragon 720G And 8GB RAM

Today, a new Samsung device has been spotted on Geekbench. The device has a model number SM-A525F. It is observed that this is Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A series device – Galaxy A52 4G.

The version which got listed is the 4G version of the device. A few days ago, the 5G version of this device with a slightly different model number SM-A526B was also spotted on Geekbench. The 5G version was equipped with the Snapdragon 750 chipset.

In this Geekbench, the Galaxy A52 4G version is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G chipset. The Snapdragon 720G is an octa-core chipset based on an 8nm manufacturing process. The chipset has a maximum frequency of 2.3 GHz. The chipset has a codename atoll.

The 4G model is equipped with 8 Gigs of RAM. Moreover, it has scored like an ordinary mid-range phone on Geekbench. The phone has scored 554 points on Single-Core, while on Multi-Core, it has scored 1689 points. It is also running the latest version of Android OS (Android 11 with One UI 3).

Previously, the renders of Galaxy A52 also got revealed, in which it was observed that the design of the phone is almost unchanged. The design is similar to the previous model (Galaxy A51). Maybe, the chin size & bezels may get reduced.

It is expected that the Galaxy A52 will be launched in the 1st Quarter of 2021.
